My experience at the Level 1 Spinal Energetics Course in LA was truly transformative. The setting was ideal—peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect environment for learning. The smaller class size allowed for rich interaction with the instructors and plenty of hands-on practice, which really helped solidify the concepts.

The course was structured with ease and flow, and the instructors were not only knowledgeable but deeply caring, ensuring that we had the time and support needed to succeed. I’m excited to integrate these techniques into my pelvic health practice, as they will undoubtedly enhance the care I provide.

It was also incredibly rewarding to join a like-minded community that shares my values and passion for a more holistic approach to healing. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their practice in this way. I am truly grateful to have been chosen to learn this modality.

I have been in the Health care field for over 20 years as a Nurse and within the field of Osteopathy. Having in depth experience in both worlds allowed me to view health, healing and trauma from varying lens' but there was something still not quite addressed that I couldn't quite pinpoint. Reiki and Osteopathy introduced me to an energetic force both within and around the field of the body which was what started my journey towards a need to know more. 

In comes Spinal Energetics! I was completely drawn into what was happening the very first time I saw a demo online. I needed to know more, I somehow just knew this was one of the missing links in my practice.  

Learning and experiencing Spinal Energetics far surpassed any expectations I could have set out. My very first experience was impactful to say the least. During the session there was not much happening externally but noticed some involuntary movement of my abdomen towards the left internally; I felt very much at peace afterwards; the next day I awoke the entire left side of my body was swollen including the left side of my tongue but I was not panicked - I knew this was a part of my integration process- within 24 hours all those symptoms disappeared and I felt fantastic. That edgy feeling I had for months prior was eased, I was able to think more clearly and things around me were more defined; colors were brighter and shapes were sharper. This solidified my yearning to learn what Spinal Energetics could offer me and my clients.

Fast forward 18 months later - there is not one session that I do that does not have an element of Spinal Energetics in it. I can honestly say that it has changed the lives of my clients in ways we could not have imagined. It has been life changing in some way, big and small for anyone that has experienced it. It is an integral part of my practice.  

Understanding Spinal Energetics in Nursing Practice Spinal Energetics is a modality that brings immense joy to my practice as a nurse practitioner. Early in my nursing career, I committed to a mission focused on helping others prevent illness and guiding them through their health challenges with a holistic approach. As I navigated traditional medical care, I noticed that there was a missing piece.

My exploration into functional medicine and Reiki opened my viewpoint, revealing how energy and frequency can affect health, thoughts, and beliefs. During healing sessions, I observed that movement was possible, leading me to discover Spinal Energetics. As a trauma therapist with extensive experience in many holistic & somatic healing modalities, I’ve worked with countless individuals, each with their own unique presentation of emotional pain. As a trauma therapist, my primary goal is to help clients find safety - in particular, safety in the body. Trauma is anything that is too much, too fast, or too soon and that includes the trendy quick-fix modalities that claim to heal by rushing the client to re-experience traumatic material too quickly. This is deeply retraumatizing. Spinal Energetics facilitates gentle integration of traumatic experiences, empowering clients to reconnect with their bodies while feeling secure throughout the healing process. It allows the body to move, process, and release in ways that feel safe, natural, and deeply nurturing.

Spinal Energetics has truly changed every part of my life. It’s like I’ve been given a new pair of glasses that allows me to see the world and myself in ways I never entertained before. It’s strengthened my connection to my body, my mind, emotions, and my intuition, helping me trust those gut feelings that I might have ignored before. This practice hasn’t just influenced my work life —it’s completely enhanced how I live, think, and feel. It creates a space to feel your breath, notice your heartbeat, tap into your unexpressed emotions, and reconnect back to your own internal compass. Instead of getting lost in daily routines, you begin to experience your emotions more deeply and trust your intuition. This process brings you back to yourself, feeling more grounded, self-connected, and aligned with your truth.

I am a lead clinician and surgically certified, orthopedic physician extender, in an orthopedic clinic in Los Angeles. I work with patients who have had traumatic injuries, mostly work-related. I have one patient who suffered an injury to her right shoulder and could not perform any range of motion without severe pain. Unfortunately, due to her pain symptoms, she refused to participate in physical therapy. I reviewed her MRI and found no evidence of mechanical injury, torn tendons or ligaments, fracture, or dislocation. I then offered a short SE session, as she had expressed that she was open to alternative and holistic options. After one 30-minute session, she was able to move her shoulder to about 85% of the normal range. She mentioned to me that she realized that she was holding the memory of the injury as it was extremely traumatic, and subsequently found a release from that memory after our session. On the following visit, 6 weeks later, she reported that she was able to fully participate in the physical therapy sessions for her shoulder, and her pain symptoms had significantly improved.  Upon re-evaluation, I found full, active pain-free motion of her shoulder! I continued to follow her for approximately 4 months and I am happy to say that her pain did not return and she was able to be released from care, without any invasive treatment procedures.  

As a lawyer for 18 years, I am trained to seek evidence. Evidence that something is what it is! With that mindset, I started delving deeper into Spinal Energetics.  

With my lawyer's mind, I decided to dive head first into investigating was exactly was happening in each of these sessions. To my surprise, there was a lot of ancient wisdom in what I was reading online about this modality along with the perfect blend of modern medicine. I figured there was no better proof than my own session to test what I was reading online about the power of SE. 

During my first session as a client, I was skeptical.  Working with my practitioner, I felt connected to my own body in a tangible way.  My breath shifted, my shoulders relaxed and the music helped me ride the wave to release that I cried so much towards the end of my session. No big movements in that first time, and yet for sure, SOMETHING had happened, and in such a small period with a practitioner I had never met before. I was floored. My logical brain wondered how such a light touch could help my body feel so safe to have such a big experience and yet there was no denying the evidence. - my heart and body had shifted. I felt lighter and more centered. The tension in my neck and shoulders had melted away. I have now had numerous individual sessions that have undoubtedly changed my life.  The final verdict - Spinal Energetics works!  I have now had multiple sessions online and in person. I feel less stress in my day-to-day life. I am able to hear my intuition easier. My body feels less tight and my sleep has improved.  

In fact, I am so excited by the shifts in my life that I decided to train in Spinal Energetics so I can bring this to my own clients and my work. Working with Spinal Energetics has been one of the most valuable investments I've made for my health, healing, and overall well-being!
