Led by Dr Sarah Jane and her skilled team of co-facilitators, our Spinal Energetics course promises to expand your understanding of energy in a supportive and unique environment.
Spend 30 hours over four days with like-minded individuals to learn Spinal Energetics as a tool to unveil and refine individual and collective consciousness.
Immersed in a wealth of knowledge, you'll receive comprehensive support as you engage in extensive hands-on practice, enabling you to apply your skills to clients confidently and safely.
You’ll emerge from the course as a proficient practitioner, fully equipped to conduct one-on-one sessions, all within a nurturing environment of abundant knowledge.
Gain a deeper understanding of energetics, the nervous system and the power of intention to effectively assist your clients with tapping into their innate intelligence and ability to heal themselves.
Master the art of evaluating your clients through our signature Spinal Energetics assessment, which combines observation, touch, postural diagnosis and body language analysis.
Learn the five layers and six processes of Spinal Energetics level one, where they are located in the energetic field and spine, what meaning and stories they hold and how to awaken and release them.

Pre-Course
Upon enrollment, you’ll be granted immediate access to our WELCOME portal: there, you’ll find an introduction from Dr Sarah, pre-course content and resources, plus all the information you need to prepare you, including our prerequisite handbook, reading and watch list, accommodation recommendations, parking and transport options, restaurants, cafes, groceries and things to do in the location you’re attending.
Day One
On arrival, you'll be greeted by Dr Sarah's team; we’ll gift you a special goodies pack and settle you in with a beautiful ceremony to welcome you into the space and set your intentions for the course. This is a therapeutic experience and may include sound, breath, meditation and Spinal Energetics.
Meet Dr Sarah and witness the magic of this work with a group demonstration. Begin your learning journey by uncovering the foundations of Spinal Energetics; learn about the spine, energy and how we assess a client to guide the direction of a session.
Day Two
We dive deeply into the learning process, providing you with extensive practice opportunities, all under the attentive guidance of Dr Sarah and her skilled team. During this phase, we will immerse ourselves in an exploration of our six level-one Processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the intricate physical and energetic connections we establish with clients.
You'll have the chance to practice alongside your fellow students, creating a shared and synergistic energy within the group learning environment. This experiential practice allows you to not only learn but also start to attune yourself to the collective energy, enhancing the overall depth of your learning experience.
Day Three
As your journey unfolds, we plunge even deeper into the distinctive aspects that set Spinal Energetics apart. We’ll learn more about Processes and receive specific training and feedback to discover an advanced repertoire of signature Spinal Energetics skills and techniques to help you guide clients.
Additionally, we dedicate time to address crucial aspects such as professional boundaries and contraindications. This ensures that you are not only well-versed in the techniques but also equipped with the knowledge to work safely and responsibly with clients beyond the scope of our learning environment.
By the time day three arrives, you will have not only expanded your skillset but also developed meaningful connections within your group and, you’ll be feeling very much a part of the community.
Day Four
In the final phase of the course, we conduct comprehensive revision of all the content you've explored during the initial three days, ensuring a thorough understanding.
We will also guide you on the art of structuring a complete session, including sharing effective opening and closing techniques when working with clients. Following this, ample time is allocated for supported practice, during which you'll collaborate with your classmates to consolidate your newfound knowledge.
As the course concludes, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and the knowledge you've acquired within small groups, under the supervision of our dedicated teaching team. This assessment phase will prepare you for the final exam and certification requirements, ensuring you are well-prepared to receive your certificate upon successful completion of the program.
Post-Course
We've designed a thorough exam process to ensure our practitioners are knowledgeable and self-assured in their practice. Our certification holds great value for us, and we aim to empower you to hold it in equally high regard.
The final exam involves three case studies, knowledge-based questions, and a final video submission. You'll receive detailed instructions on how to complete these tasks during the course. The final exam should be submitted within three months of completing the in-person training.
Once you are certified, we will continue to support you through Practitioner HUB. We want to support you to be the best practitioners you can be and uphold the practice of Spinal Energetics in its highest integrity.
In the HUB you’ll find: hours of video content from our experts on topics that will support your practice, further information on how to structure and run sessions with your clients, additional modules on how to deliver online sessions and facilitate group sessions, plus insurance information, client forms, templates, practitioner directory application, access to our Facebook community where we provide regular updates and you can interact with the community to connect and inspire each other. We also run practitioner days (in Melbourne) for our community to come together to practice, network, share ideas and connect with other practitioners.

To join a Spinal Energetics course, you MUST have attended a one-on-one Spinal Energetics session before your course begins; this session can be either in-person or online. The cost of the session is not included in the course fees. The cost is usually between $70.00 - $150.00 AUD per session, depending on the Practitioners own rates.
Once enrolled, you will be granted immediate access to our online WELCOME portal: there, you will receive resources and all the information you need to know to prepare you for the course, including payment information and our prerequisite handbook.

Our admissions committee carefully review each application and consider various factors, such as qualifications, relevant experience, and personal statements. Unfortunately, we have to make tough decisions based on the overall fit of applicants within the course.
Each decision is not solely based on one factor but is a result of the overall evaluation of all applicants. We receive a considerable number of exceptional candidates, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate all qualified individuals.

Qualification is determined on a case-by-case basis; upon successful completion of the course and final exam, you will be provided with a Completion of Course certificate and granted access to our Practitioner HUB, allowing you to offer one-on-one sessions and continue your learning journey.

No, this course does not cover the skills required to teach any part of Spinal Energetics to others.

Yes, but after you have gained experience (a minimum of 6 months), we can provide you with access to our Group Sessions Module within the HUB.
