Spinal Energetics training might be for you if…

As a lawyer for 18 years, 1 was trained to seek evidence - proof that something is what it claims to be. That mindset led me to explore Spinal Energetics more deeply.
At first, I was skeptical. But during my first session, I felt connected to my body in a tangible way. The shifts were so powerful that I decided to train in Spinal Energetics so I could bring this work to my own clients.

Dr Sarah Jane Perri
Founder & Teacher
Dr. Sarah Jane Perri is not your typical spiritual teacher. Unapologetically herself, she teaches from a place of radical authenticity, bringing humour, warmth, intelligence, and grounded presence. Her work invites others to drop the performance and reconnect with what is real, embodied, and deeply human within themselves.
As the creator of Spinal Energetics, Sarah has developed a methodology that was not borrowed from tradition or built from theory alone, but forged through lived experience.
Following immense grief and ambiguous loss, she transformed personal pain into the foundation of a modality now practiced around the world. Her work stands as a living example of the alchemy at the heart of Spinal Energetics: the ability to turn suffering into meaning, connection, and transformation.
Known for her irreverence as much as her depth, Sarah is as likely to make a room erupt in laughter as she is to move it to tears. A creative at heart, she believes beauty is an essential part of healing, intentionally designing trainings that feel expansive, inspiring, and unforgettable. Through her teaching, she reminds practitioners to see the extraordinary in the ordinary — and why they chose this work in the first place.

Heidi Marie
Master Practitioner Learning & Development Manager
Heidi brings a grounding depth to Spinal Energetics that is entirely her own. Often described as the yin to Sarah’s yang, Heidi’s presence anchors the work with clarity, steadiness, and quiet precision. Where others may become lost in abstraction, she has a remarkable ability to make the complex feel accessible, practical, and deeply human. Students leave her sessions not only inspired, but genuinely capable.
With extensive backgrounds in kinesiology and Chinese medicine, Heidi bridges worlds with rare fluency, weaving together energetics, nervous system science, embodiment, fascia, emotional patterning, and field dynamics without collapsing into rigid clinical thinking or vague mysticism. As co-creator of both the Introduction Course and Level 2, her influence on the foundations and integrity of the modality is immeasurable.
Heidi teaches practitioners to observe rather than perform, consistently guiding students back toward presence, responsiveness, and felt sense instead of certainty or spectacle. Deeply attuned to coherence and practitioner integrity, she values groundedness, emotional stability, humility, and safety above charisma or performance.
Warm, perceptive, and genuinely funny, Heidi brings a kind of humour that disarms and heals in equal measure.

GENERAL COURSE FAQs
Are you coming to my country?
Course locations and dates are released progressively as they are confirmed. Please join our waitlist and check the website for future location announcements.
Because international planning can change before a course is formally announced, we are unable to provide individual predictions or unconfirmed dates for specific countries. Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, our team may not be able to respond to questions about locations that have not yet been announced.
What language are the courses taught in?
Our courses are currently facilitated in English.
We continue to explore how Spinal Energetics education may be delivered in additional languages in the future.
Where is the course located?
We offer Spinal Energetics courses in Australia from our purpose designed HQ and selected locations internationally.
To view current and upcoming course locations, please visit the Training section.
How long will I have to wait for my application to be approved?
Please allow up to three business days for your application to be processed.
We recommend applying as early as possible, particularly for courses with limited capacity. In-person intake sizes are capped, so availability may change as applications are approved.
How are applications approved?
Each application is reviewed by our admissions team. We consider factors including qualifications, relevant experience, professional background and the information provided in your personal statement.
Meeting one prerequisite does not automatically determine the outcome. Applications are considered as a whole and in relation to the requirements of the course format.
We receive applications from many strong candidates and course places are limited, so we are not always able to accommodate every applicant who may otherwise be suitable.
Is payment through instalments available?
Yes, payment by instalments is available.
The full course fee must be paid 21 days before the start date of your course intake. Please refer to your enrolment information for the applicable instalment schedule and payment terms.
Is Spinal Energetics a trauma-informed course?
No. Spinal Energetics training is not a trauma-informed qualification and has never been represented as one.
Practitioners are expected to understand the boundaries of their own qualifications and professional scope and to undertake additional training where needed.
Where a client's needs fall outside the practitioner's qualifications, it is the practitioner's responsibility to recognise this and refer appropriately. Spinal Energetics Level One does not replace professional trauma training.
Can I teach Spinal Energetics to others after the course?
No. This course does not teach or authorise you to teach Spinal Energetics to other practitioners or members of the public.
The course is designed to teach you how to practise Spinal Energetics within the scope of the selected course. Teaching the modality, its processes or its training material requires separate authorisation and is not included in the practitioner training.
