LEVEL ONE:
An immersive
experience in Mexico

12-15 October

Come join us for a Spinal Energetics first of its kind in Mexico

Learn Spinal Energetics Level One in a sacred setting, nestled in a UNESCO World Heritage site in Tulum, Mexico.

Over 4 immersive days, you will learn the beautiful energy modality that is Spinal Energetics, bridging body science, nervous system regulation and innate energetic intelligence with creator and founder, Dr Sarah Jane and her master teaching team, Heidi and Pat.

This is an experience we’ve never brought to life before, exclusively held and set between a hidden cove and wilderness sanctuary. Where you will settle in, learn and integrate for the duration of the course.

Spaces are strictly limited for this special experience.

During the course, students will stay here at Casa Maya Kaan: in and amongst nature, sharing the experience, meals and communal spaces. Creating a more immersive field and connective experience for everyone.

An invitation for those who…

Want a deeply immersive, community-led journey where the group itself becomes part of the work, held in a shared, collective energy, while staying at the beautiful Casa Maya Kaan.

Have a background in health, mental health, bodywork, or related fields who want to add a powerful, integrative method that honours the:

  • nervous system & fascia

  • spine as expressive memory

  • energetic, emotional, and physical layers of experience

Join over 800 clinicians and body-mind professionals such as psychologists, trauma therapists, nurses, chiropractors, osteopaths, breathwork facilitators, yoga therapists, somatic practitioners, and allied fields - who have already stepped into this modality.

Note: You must have had one Spinal Energetics session (in-person or online) before joining to ensure you have an appreciation of the work and you’re ready to fully engage in the course.

A course like no other,
in a dream location

To experience this work in a place like Tulum and part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site is rare. It’s not just where you learn, but how the environment itself invites a deeper level of integration.

While influenced by a range of modalities including Network Spinal, Spinal Flow and Somatic Psychotherapy - Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ maintains a distinct clinical foundation, drawing from both Eastern and Western principles to work with the spine, nervous system, and subtle physiological patterns that shape a person’s wellbeing.

The Space. Casa Maya Kaan.

We believe in doing things differently: with intention, with passion, and with people at the centre of it all. Every detail here reflects that mindset.
