Learn Spinal Energetics Level Two in a sacred setting, nestled in a UNESCO World Heritage site in Tulum, Mexico.
Over 4 immersive days, you will advance your learning of the beautiful energy modality that is Spinal Energetics, bridging body science, nervous system regulation and innate energetic intelligence. Reunite with creator and founder, Dr Sarah Jane and her master teaching team, Heidi and Pat.
This is an experience we’ve never brought to life before, exclusively held and set between a hidden cove and wilderness sanctuary. Where you will settle in, learn and integrate for the duration of the course.

During the course, students will stay here at Casa Maya Kaan: in and amongst nature, sharing the experience, meals and communal spaces. Creating a more immersive field and connective experience for everyone.
A Deeper Level of Integration
Practitioners often describe Level Two as a profound shift from learning the foundations of Spinal Energetics to deeply embodying the work.
Building on the framework established in Level One, Level Two offers a deeper understanding of energy, expanded tools for client care, and greater clarity in navigating the the body’s intelligence. Many describe it as moving from the "yang" of foundational learning into the "yin" of integration and embodiment.
Through ancestral work, deeper energetic exploration, and a powerful sense of connection within the practitioner community, Level Two is often experienced as a homecoming - a place where practitioners settle more fully into the truth of who they are and the work they are here to facilitate.

Step into a deeply immersive, community-led journey where the group itself becomes part of the work - held in a shared, collective energy while staying at the beautiful Casa Maya Kaan.
This course takes a holistic approach to the evolution of the individual. It’s an integrative practice that moves beyond the immediate moment - working with the interplay of past and future energy, while staying grounded in the essence of the human experience.
Designed for existing Level One practitioners, this training is for those ready to deepen their professional understanding of this intricate modality and create more profound, nuanced experiences for their clients.
At its core, Spinal Energetics Level Two is anchored in a simple but powerful principle: energy is neither created nor destroyed - it is transformed.
Delivered as a four-day, in-person program, builds on your foundational knowledge, introducing advanced energetic layers, refined assessment approaches, and deeper techniques for working with clients at a more sophisticated level of practice.
This is an application-only training. All applicants must meet prerequisite requirements and demonstrate readiness for advanced work—we hold a high standard for both education and integrity.

Students are required to arrive at Casa Maya Kaan on Sunday 4th October, late afternoon.
If you are flying in, we recommend arriving in Cancun by midday Sunday, to ensure plenty of time to transfer to Casa Maya Kaan. Transfer time from Cancun is approximately 2.5 hours, from Tulum is approx. 1 hr.
Check in is from 3pm, allowing time to settle before the course begins on Monday 5 October.

Learn, practice and integrate
Day one welcomes you with an opening ceremony, a revision of Level One, and an introduction to Level Two's intricacies and techniques.
Days two and three include a group Spinal Energetics session and a deep dive into the learning process, with extensive practice opportunities under the attentive guidance of Dr Sarah Jane, Heidi and Pat. You'll immerse yourself in new Level Two processes and methods of working, practising alongside fellow students in a shared, synergistic group environment.
Day four conducts a comprehensive revision of all content explored across the course, prepares you for certification requirements, and closes with a formal ceremony.
Please note: There are no 1:1 sessions available with teachers during or after the course.
Our teaching team is fully dedicated to holding the group experience, and the nature of this work, combined with the travel and delivery of the course, requires their energy to remain focused on the collective container.

The final course day is Thursday 8th October.
All student departures are to be scheduled on Friday 9 October with checkout at 11am.
Please allow adequate time for transfer back to Tulum or Cancun when booking return flights.
Late checkout from Casa Maya Kaan will not be available.
These timings are fixed to ensure we have adequate time to properly close and complete all course administration, and set up for the Level One course the following week.

This extraordinary private estate sits on a white-sand cove at the edge of an emerald lagoon, framed by untamed jungle thick with birdsong and the whisper of swaying palms. This is where we will settle, engage and learn.
The open-concept residence honours the ancient energy of the land, and every corner invites you to slow down and arrive fully. At the start or end of an immersive day of learning, find yourself a quiet daybed by the water, gather around the long dining table under tropical stars, or watching the sun sink over the lagoon from the private wooden jetty.

Applying & Certifying in Spinal Energetics

Level Two takes you beyond the foundations of Spinal Energetics into advanced territory: new energetic layers, new processes, and new ways of working with clients at a deeper level of transformation.
It is for practitioners who have experienced the power of Level One and are ready to expand their clinical offering and personal mastery.

This is a selective training process. We prioritise applicants who are certified Level One practitioners with a minimum of six months of practice experience.
Our teaching team carefully review each application to ensure readiness and alignment with the values of this work.

Spinal Energetics training is not a trauma-informed course and has never been represented as one.
Practitioners are expected to understand the boundaries of their own scope of practice and to seek additional training where needed.
Working with clients whose needs fall outside your qualifications is a practitioner responsibility, not one Spinal Energetics training covers.

Before applying for Level Two, you must be certified in Spinal Energetics Level One. If you’re not certified, a Level One course is being held in Mexico.
Completing the application form can vary but please allow yourself at least 15 minutes to complete it.
Note that application forms may time out after approximately 5–10 minutes. Please ensure you complete and submit within this timeframe.
Once enrolled, you'll be granted immediate access to our Level Two WELCOME portal, where you will receive your course address and all preparation information.

Before applying, please be aware that our 4-day course is deeply immersive and energetically potent.
Throughout the course, you will be engaging in both giving and receiving sessions with fellow students. You will experience a group Spinal Energetics session conducted by Dr Sarah Jane and her team.
To ensure full participation, it's essential that you are in good psychological and physical health. By applying, you affirm that you are in a stable and balanced state, ready to engage wholeheartedly.
We kindly ask that you fully disclose any factors that may impact your participation. We reserve the right to withdraw your participation if these considerations are not shared with us.

Level Two applicants must be certified in Level One for a minimum of six months before applying.
Once enrolled, you will receive immediate access to the Level Two WELCOME portal, including payment information and pre-course content.

For this course, the deposit to secure your spot is USD $500 once your application is accepted and approved.

Your application will be assessed, which may take up to 14 days.
If your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and a destination booklet.
Your place in the course is secured once your non-refundable deposit of USD$500 has been received. At that point, we’ll send your official acceptance along with access to the WeTravel portal where you can view accommodation options and make your booking. -
Our admissions team carefully review each application. On the provision that you meet the practice requirements and places are still available, your application will be approved.
Please allow up to two weeks for your application to be processed. We urge you to apply as soon as possible as intake capacity is capped at 25 students.

No, this course does not cover the skills required to teach any part of Spinal Energetics to others.
Only Dr Sarah and her master teaching team can teach Spinal Energetics.

Travel & Logistics to and from Mexico

All students are responsible for your own flights, accommodation and transfers. Once your place is confirmed and accommodation booked, the resort team will be in touch to assist with organising your transfers, if needed.

Accommodation packages include 5 nights’ stay, with all meals and beverages included throughout the course duration.
