Want to book an in-person or online Spinal Energetics session at our Armadale or Richmond HQ clinics?

  • Deposit Change as of 1st of July 2023:

    • All in-person sessions (except group sessions) booked online will now incur a deposit of $100.00 AUD.

    • Group bookings made online will require full payment upfront, per individual, which equals $79.00 AUD.

    • We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking.

    • Online sessions require full payment during booking.

    Cancellation Policy as of 1st of July 2023:

    • Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a fee of $100.00 AUD.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that your appointment can go to another client. Please email admin@spinalenergetics.com to cancel your appointment.

    • The booking deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, including no-shows. We have an extensive waitlist for our practitioners so we appreciate your understanding in giving us sufficient notice of needing to cancel or change your existing appointment.

    • We understand emergencies can come up, these circumstances will be managed on a case-by-case basis. Our practitioner's time is precious so we really appreciate your support to inform us with as much time as possible when you can’t make an appointment.

    • Health fund rebates are not applicable for missed or cancelled appointment charges. (Please note that only some practitioners offer health rebates).

    Rescheduling Policy as of 1st of July 2023:

    • If rescheduling outside of 24 hours, your deposit will transfer to the next appointment.

    • If reschedule outside of 24 hours and you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund. If this applies to you at any time, please contact reception.
