Our ONLINE Level One Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ course is specifically designed for individuals currently engaged in or practising within the health & wellness industry, who are seeking to train and qualify as a Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ Practitioner.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of energetics and the nervous system, and learn how to support your clients in accessing their innate intelligence and capacity for change.
You’ll master our signature Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ assessment, which integrates observation, touch, postural analysis, and body language to inform how and where to work with the spine and energetic system.
Learn the energetic layers and six processes unique to Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ Level One, including where each layer and process resides within the energetic field and spine, the meanings, patterns, and stories they reflect, and how to access, connect with, and work with them in practice to support effective and informed client sessions.
Each intake provides an eight-week guided learning container supported by live teaching and integration calls, real-time opportunities for questions and discussion, and cohort-based community support, alongside 12 months of self-paced access to revisit and integrate the course material.
Live participation is encouraged in scheduled calls to gain the most value from the experience, however all sessions are recorded, ensuring the course remains fully flexible and accessible regardless of your availability.
Learning Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ is an intricate and layered process. As you move through the theory and video lessons, we encourage a steady, patient approach, taking detailed notes and allocating consistent weekly time for study and practice.
The combination of self-paced learning, structured intake support, and live guidance is designed to support confidence, clarity, and deep understanding.

Course Overview
This course is made up of Nine modules:
One: Introduction
An introduction to Spinal Energetics as a practice, including how the modality works, the role of the practitioner, and how to move through the course safely and effectively. This module sets the tone for presence, self-awareness, and professional responsibility.
Two & Three: Spinal Energetics Foundations
Learn how Spinal Energetics works with the energetic field through resonance, and intention. Explore the relationship between the spine, nervous system, and expression, and how different states of regulation influence responsiveness in a session.
Four: Safety, Contraindications & Language
Establish clear boundaries around scope of practice, contraindications, and ethical responsibility. You’ll also learn the professional language of Spinal Energetics, including how to communicate the work clearly, accurately, and responsibly.
Five: Spinal Energetics ™ Signature Assessment
Learn the Spinal Energetics assessment process, including observation, foot-based checks, and gentle palpation of the spine. This module builds your ability to notice patterns and responsiveness, preparing you for hands-on practice.
Six: Practitioner Skills
Develop the core skills used in Spinal Energetics, including working with the spine, energetic layers, access points, fascia, intention, directing, fuelling, sound, and the use of energetic centres. These skills form the foundation for all Spinal Energetics ™ sessions.
Seven & Eight: Spinal Energetics ™ Processes
Learn the Spinal Energetics processes, including when and how to identify and apply them, and how to work responsively with client expression.
Nine: Response Patterns, Integration & Practitioner Development
Learn to recognise different response patterns, adjust pacing, and integrate processes in real-world sessions. This module also introduces practitioner reflection, and preparation for assessment and certification.
Certification Process
To receive Level One Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ certification, students must demonstrate practical competency and theoretical understanding. Certification includes the submission of practice videos, case studies, and completion of required assessments to ensure safe, ethical, and grounded application of the work.
This online course is predominantly self-directed, requiring participants to study and practise the material independently and at their own pace. We recognise that this style of learning may not suit everyone and encourage prospective students to carefully consider this before submitting an application.
To support you during the early stages of your learning, each bi-monthly intake includes an eight-week structured support period. During this time, you’ll have access to regular live teaching and Q&A calls, where demonstrations of the work may be offered and questions can be submitted in advance or asked live in real time. All live sessions are recorded for those unable to attend.
In addition, each intake has access to a dedicated community chat space, allowing you to ask questions, share insights, and engage with fellow students and the Spinal Energetics teaching team throughout the intake period.
Following the structured intake, you’ll continue to have 12 months’ access to the course material, allowing you to revisit the content and integrate the work at your own pace, while drawing on the foundational support received during your intake.

This is why it’s essential you already have experience working with people to be considered for entry into our online program.
Receiving at least one Spinal Energetics session is also a requirement of entry, and we strongly encourage this to take place before submitting your application, so you can experience the work firsthand.
All content including, theory, audio, video, exams and diagrams, are in English.
It is also important to note that our organisation is headquartered in Australia, and therefore, one can anticipate the presence of Australian accents.
Our assessment process includes video submissions demonstrating learned skills, so applicants should be comfortable recording themselves as part of the certification process.

Our online Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ course is designed for practitioners who already have prior experience and/or education working one-on-one with people within the wellness, health, or therapeutic space.
This may include (but is not limited to): doctors, therapists, massage therapists, physiotherapists, yoga teachers, kinesiologists, qualified breathwork facilitators, and practitioners trained in other hands-on or client-facing modalities.
Because the course is predominantly self-paced, self-responsibility and practical experience are essential. For this reason, our application process forms an important part of how we ensure applicants are the right fit for this style of learning and for the depth of the work being taught.

The course is delivered through a mix of written theory, diagrams and images, downloadable workbooks, and approximately 20+ hours of video content.
Each intake also includes live teaching calls, along with access to a library of recorded calls from previous intakes. Content is released progressively across modules, allowing you to move through the course in a structured yet fully self-paced way.

The online course offers a high level of support, particularly during the initial eight week structured period, however it requires a degree of independence in learning. It is not designed as an entry point for those completely new to working with people or the wellness space.

Once you’re enrolled in your intake, you’ll receive the live call schedule in advance, including dates and times. Live calls typically take place in Weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 of the intake and are designed to support your learning, integration, and understanding of the work.
All live calls are recorded and made available for those who are unable to attend in real time.

Our assessment process is not about passing or failing, but about ensuring readiness, competency, and confidence before certification is issued. We are committed to supporting students throughout this process and are proud to be one of the few energetic modalities to maintain this level of assessment and practitioner accountability.

However, after you have certified and gained a minimum of 6 months 1:1 experience, we do offer further training in the skills needed to facilitate group sessions and events.
