Spinal Energetics™ is a distinct modality with clinical foundation drawing from both Eastern and Western traditions to work with the spine, nervous system, and subtle physiological patterns that influence a person's wellbeing. Our work is evidence based and influenced by a range of modalities including Network Spinal, Spinal Flow, and Somatic Psychotherapy.
Our Level One Online Course delivers the complete Level One curriculum in a format built for depth, not speed. The online program gives you eight weeks to absorb, practise, integrate, and return to the material, so your understanding builds layer by layer, the way this work deserves.
This training is application-only. Each applicant is carefully reviewed for readiness, professional background, and alignment with the values of this work.

Spinal Energetics is an intricate, layered modality. The online container is designed to match that complexity, while giving you space to sit with concepts, practise what you’ve learnt, ask questions as they arise, and integrate before moving on.

Successful completion of Level One enables practitioners to begin offering Spinal Energetics sessions and to progress to further levels of certification.

Once accepted and enrolled, you'll receive immediate access to your Welcome Portal, including pre-course learning materials, a preparation handbook, and an invitation to your cohort community chat, so you're connected before the intake even starts.

Over eight weeks, you'll move through the course with structured momentum and real-time support:
Live teaching and Q&A calls in Weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 with demonstrations, discussion, and the option to submit questions in advance
Cohort community chat for ongoing connection, questions, and shared learning with fellow students and the Spinal Energetics teaching team

Following the eight-week intake period, you'll have twelve months' access to all course content to revisit material, deepen your understanding, and complete your certification in your own time.
The eight-week intake is the minimum timeframe before final assessment submission. There is no rush beyond that.

To receive your Level One Spinal Energetics™ certification, you'll complete a series of mini-tests and skill check-ins throughout the course, and submit a final assessment including:
A practice log
Written case studies
Video demonstrations of your work with real clients
Assessment is not about passing or failing - it's about ensuring readiness, competency, and confidence before you begin practicing. We are proud to be one of the few energetic modalities to hold this level of practitioner accountability.
Upon successful completion, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion and eligibility for insurance through IICT (available across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, most of Europe, and South Africa).

Before applying, please be aware that our 4-day course is a deeply immersive and energetically potent experience. Throughout the course, you will be engaging in both giving and receiving sessions with fellow students, all of whom are on their own learning journey of this meticulous modality.
On Day 2, you will experience a Spinal Energetics Group Session conducted by Dr Sarah Jane and her experienced team, to ensure that you leave having had the opportunity to absorb this work from the founder and teaching staff.
Our supportive and dedicated teaching team will guide a group of up to 30 students, fostering a nurturing and safe environment for growth and transformation.

To join a Spinal Energetics course, you MUST have attended a one-on-one Spinal Energetics session before your course begins; this session can be either in-person or online. The cost of the session is not included in the course fees. The cost is usually between $70.00 - $150.00 AUD per session, depending on the Practitioners own rates.
Once enrolled, you will be granted immediate access to our online WELCOME portal: there, you will receive resources and all the information you need to know to prepare you for the course, including payment information and our prerequisite handbook.

No, this course does not cover the skills required to teach any part of Spinal Energetics to others.

Yes, but only after you have gained experience, a minimum of 6 months. Upon meeting this milestone, we can provide you with access to our Group Sessions Module within the HUB.
