Spinal Energetics Online Course 

Terms and Conditions 

Thank you for choosing to enrol in the Spinal Energetics Online Course. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you fully understand the process, requirements, and expectations for both purchasing the course and completing it.  

By enrolling, you agree to abide by these terms. 

 

Enrolment 

  • Enrolment intakes are every second month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec).

You will only be granted access to the course when your fees have been paid in FULL. 

Full fees are due prior to your applied intake commencing (or within three (3) months of receipt of your acceptance).   

 

Conditions of Purchase 

  1. Deposit 

A non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD is required to secure your place in the course.  

The deposit is due within 7 days of receiving your successful application email. 

In the case of EXCEPTIONAL circumstances (please see definition of ‘exceptional’ below) a deposit may be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be minus any applicable conversion rates, transfer fees, and administrative processing charges (approximately 20%). 

 

  1. Full Payment 

The course fee is $5,800 AUD, inclusive of the $500 deposit. 

Fees must be paid in full prior to your applied intake (or max 90 days from your course acceptance), this includes your deposit and all remaining fees. 

Full payment must be completed before you will be granted access to the course. 

Once full payment is received, you will be granted access to the course in the next available intake. 

 

  1. Refund and Fee Policy 

All deposits and paid fees are non-refundable, except in the case of exceptional circumstances, as outlined below. 

IMPORTANT: Once access to the course has been granted, No REFUNDS will be issued for any reason, including change of mind or other commitments. 

 

Exceptional Circumstances for Deposit Refund or Extension 

In certain situations, extensions beyond the initial 3-month payment requirements or deposit refunds (subject to the processing fees mentioned above) may be granted. These exceptional circumstances include: 

  • Serious illness or medical emergencies that will prevent you from participating in the course now or in the future. 

  • Death or critical illness of a close family member that impacts your ability to continue with the course. 

  • Unforeseen personal or work-related emergencies that disrupt your ability to participate in the course or in the future. 

  • Other significant, unavoidable circumstances that are beyond your control and prevent course participation at any time. 

These cases will be assessed individually; you are encouraged to communicate with us as soon as possible if you believe you are experiencing such circumstances and evidence of this circumstance may be requested before a refund or extension is offered. 

 

Course Requirements 

  1. Practical Hands-On Experience 

You are required to source your own consenting individuals (18+) to practice Spinal Energetics techniques during the course. 

It is highly recommended that you practice on a variety of individuals (min 3) to refine your skills and adapt to different responses. 

For certification purposes, you will be required to practice on a minimum of two individuals for your final certification submission. 

  • Required Equipment 

You will need a computer, reliable Wi-Fi, and a massage table or similar setup with enough space for clients to lie face down. 

  • Prior Session Requirement 

Before starting the online course, you must attend at least one Spinal Energetics session. This can be done online or in-person. 

The cost of this session is separate from the course fees and typically ranges from $90 - $250 AUD, depending on the practitioner. 

  • Course Duration / Access 

You will have access to the course materials for 12 months from the time of enrolment.

Each intake commences with eight week structured learning format, followed by self-paced completion.  

You are expected to complete all online content and submit your final certification requirements within the 12-month period. 

After 12 months, your course access will be revoked, and you will forfeit your right to submit your final certification requirements. 

Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances (see above) and will managed on an individual basis. 

  • Certificate of Completion 

Upon successfully completing all material and passing all certification requirements, you will receive a Level One Certificate of Completion. 

This certificate qualifies you to offer one-on-one Level One Spinal Energetics sessions to the general public. 

NOTE: While the certificate is a valuable credential, ongoing learning and practice are encouraged to continue developing your skills. 

If, after receiving your certification, you are seen to be in breach of our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to withdraw your certification and remove you from our community of practitioners. 

 

 

Code of Conduct 

To ensure a respectful and safe learning environment, we ask all participants to adhere to the following: 

  • Maintain an open mind and respectful attitude towards all course content. 

  • Participate in all activities, including discussions, assignments, and practical training. 

  • Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances during the course or during practice sessions. 

  • Complete all learning activities, quizzes and assessment with dedication and discipline. 

  • Ensure you are in good physical, emotional and psychological health to participate in the course activities. 

  • Maintain respect and grace when communicating with fellow students, teachers and other staff members, this includes both written and verbal communication. 

 

Safety 

Spinal Energetics can bring up a range of emotions or symptoms, either during or after sessions. 

While this modality is therapeutic, it is not a replacement for physical or psychological therapy. If you or your clients experience any concerns during or after a session, we recommend reaching out to a healthcare professional. 

 

 

Insurance and Practitioner Directory 

  1. Insurance 

Upon completing the course and receiving your Certificate of Completion, you can obtain insurance through IICT in eligible countries. 

  1. Practitioner Directory 

After completion, joining the Practitioner Directory is recommended. 

To be listed, you must have received your Certificate of Completion and, for those offering online sessions, completed the Online Sessions Module. 

 

Teaching Others 

This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice Level One Spinal Energetics in one-on-one sessions. 

Teaching any aspect of Spinal Energetics to others, including philosophies, techniques or practical skills is not permitted upon completion of this course.
