Cancellations, with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

No Shows, the full session fee will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals, the full session fee applies. Session time will be adjusted to respect the rhythm of the clinic and other clients.

All fees in regards to cancellations, no shows and late arrivals are managed at the discretion of the Practice Manager and treating Practitioner. Care and understanding for individual circumstances will be managed on a case by case basis.

Energy healing is not bound by physical proximity because it operates on the principles of quantum physics, which suggest that energy is not limited by time or space.

During an online Spinal Energetics appointment, the client is guided through movements and breathwork while the practitioner observes and supports the process. The practitioner works with the body’s subtle energies by focusing on areas of tension or stagnation in the spine, helping the client to release emotional, physical, and energetic blockages.

The body and energy field respond to the practitioner’s guidance, enabling healing to occur much like in-person sessions, with clients reporting similar benefits such as relaxation, emotional release, and alignment.

Each person’s response to the treatment is very unique. Some people move a little, others move a lot. Some people take months or years; other’s never ‘move’ at all.

• It is important to note, that the amount of movement does not directly correlate to the amount of depth or benefits a person may receive during an appointment.

We recommend committing to at least 3 appointments, to begin with.

This will give you a chance to adapt to the treatment, and for the treatments to be of the most benefit and value to your on going well-being.

We do not offer appointments to those in their first or final trimester.

During your second trimester, we recommend only booking with a practitioner that is also a Chiropractor.

Group Spinal Energetics sessions explore how the body and nervous system respond within a shared environment. While each person experiences their own process, being in a group setting allows for a unique kind of synchronisation and support. When several people engage in this work together, a natural coherence develops; one person’s release, stillness, or shift can subtly influence others. The result is often a deep sense of connection, regulation, and collective calm. 

Group sessions enable participants to observe how change occurs not only through individual attention but also through resonance. It’s a way of witnessing and feeling the body’s intelligence within a broader, more connected context.

Table-based group sessions uphold the structure and clinical focus of individual Spinal Energetics work, while providing a shared setting for participants to experience its benefits. Each person lies on their own table, with the practitioner moving between them, observing and facilitating shifts in the spine and nervous system. This approach is precise, contained, and well-suited for those already familiar with Spinal Energetics. It supports deeper layers of release and integration while ensuring physical grounding and professional oversight. Participants often notice that as others around them settle or shift, their own bodies follow; a reflection of how interconnected our regulatory systems naturally are. (Note: this is not suitable for new clients; you must have had at least one in-person session as a new client first.

Group Table sessions at HQ are suited for returning Spinal Energetics clients. They are not recommended for first-time clients, as prior familiarity with how your body responds to this work helps you stay present and grounded in a group setting.
