We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our eclectic team at Spinal Energetics. We take our work seriously but definitely don't take ourselves too seriously.

What you'll be doing

You'll be steering our social media direction across multiple platforms, each with its own particular vibe and audience. From Dr Sarah Jane's personal brand to our main Spinal Energetics and HQ clinic page and TikTok community, you'll be weaving narratives that feel real, connect deeply, and help grow what we're building globally.

This role is about more than posting pretty content (though yes, that too). You'll be right at the heart of it—collaborating with our Founder and the wider team to elevate the voice of somatic and energetic practice. There's never a dull moment!

The accounts you'll manage

• Spinal Energetics HQ Clinic (@spinalenergeticshq)

• Spinal Energetics Courses (@spinalenergectics)

• TikTok (@spinalenergetics)

Day-to-day, you'll

• Dream up and execute content strategies that align with what we're about

• Create posts, stories, reels, and live content that people want to engage with

• Build genuine connections with our community

• Plan campaigns for course launches, events, and clinic initiatives

• Set up and manage paid social ads that actually work (Meta, TikTok)

• Dive into the data, figure out what's working and what’s not and adjust accordingly based off current trends and ‘the algorithm’ 

• Team up with our Training, Marketing and Events team to keep visuals and communications aligned

• Can chameleon between different brand voices without losing the authenticity

• Get a buzz from community engagement

• Know your way around paid social ads like, really know it!

• Don't mind a bit of chaos and can roll with flexible hours

• Can show up for live events and handle those "post this NOW" moments

• Balance your creative instincts with what the numbers are telling you

• Have a sense of humour and don’t take yourself too seriously.
