Spinal Energetics is a leading somatic and energetic practice founded by Dr Sarah Jane, offering transformative experiences through a unique modality that works with the body's innate wisdom. We're experiencing an exciting period of growth and are about to launch a significant brand refresh in January 2026. We're looking for a talented marketing professional to help us tell our story and connect with our global community during this pivotal time. 

The Opportunity 

We're seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Contractor to join our team on a flexible, contracted basis (10-12 hours per week). This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 

You'll work collaboratively with our Founder and leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that reflect the brands personality and presence while supporting business growth. This is an ideal opportunity if you're looking for meaningful contract work with a motivated team.  

What You'll Do 

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with our business goals and upcoming brand launch 

• Create compelling content across multiple platforms including website, email, social media and marketing materials 

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives and website optimisation 

• Track performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations 

• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging 

What We're Looking For 

• 3-5+ years of marketing and communications experience 

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, authentic content 

• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities 

• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams 

• Experience in wellness, health, or purpose-driven sectors (highly desirable) 

• Understanding of brand management, particularly during transitions
