Do I need a background in wellness?

Foundations is designed for anyone who is curious about Spinal Energetics and wants to develop a deeper understanding of the body, the nervous system and energetics.

The only prerequisite is curiosity and an openness to learn.
Is this practitioner training?

Energetic Foundations is an introductory course designed to help you understand the principles behind Spinal Energetics and experience the work for yourself.
It isn't a practitioner certification, nor is it designed to teach you how to work with clients.
Instead, it provides a strong foundation that can help you decide whether you'd like to continue your journey into Level One Practitioner Training.
I'm not sure if I want to become a practitioner. Is this still for me?

What will I learn?

You'll be introduced to core principles and the relationship between the body, nervous system and energy including the science through a combination of videos and module check points.
There’s a total of 6 modules including foundations of the body, the science and interpretation of energy to practitioner self-awareness.
It is intended to provide you with the foundational knowledge that will help you should you intend to apply for Level One training.
Will I learn about Spinal Energetics during the course?

Rather than simply learning about Spinal Energetics, you'll have the opportunity to experience aspects of the work for yourself.
